USDA Commodities
Anderson County Community Action delivers USDA Surplus commodities through the Tennessee Department of Agriculture. Commodities are distributed quarterly to several areas within Anderson County. Public distribution (pre-covid) was handled at the National Guard Armory 185 JD Yarnell Industrial Pkwy in Clinton, which is now temporarily closed due to covid-19. Public distribution will resume when the Armory reopens. During 2020, applicants at the following locations receive their commodities delivered quarterly:

If your Household Income is within 200% of the Poverty Guidelines, and you live in Anderson County, you may receive USDA Commodities each quarter.
