Resource Program

At ACCAC, we understand that navigating community and government resources can feel overwhelming—especially during difficult times. Our Resource Assistance Program is designed to bridge that gap. We work one-on-one with residents to help them connect with services outside of our immediate scope, ensuring no one has to search for help alone. Our team assists with accessing Social Security information online, including ordering replacement Social Security cards and beginning the application process for benefits. We also help clients sign up for essential online services such as SNAP and Families First, making sure every step is clear and manageable. For those facing housing challenges, we make calls on their behalf and support them in finding pathways to permanent, stable housing. Quite simply, we help individuals find the resources they need, especially when they may not know where to look.
